Workers Diner is now cleared for sale of worker coop stock! As of February 16th, we are legally entitled to advertise and sell stock in NY and CT! This is a historic achievement. By our reckoning, a worker coop hasn't conducted a direct public offering for over 100 years in the United States.

In reaching this milestone, we hope to take worker cooperation in the US to the next level! Worker coops need access to capital--be it through capital markets or government grants. In conducting a direct public offering (DPO), we're demonstrating one great way to raise capital from individual investors.

We still have a long road ahead--we have to raise $0.5 million!!! But we're confident that having won legal approval, we can count on the thousands of pro-people, pro-democracy investors in NY and CT!
